Terms

These terms cover the use of this website. The terms for the software and for hardware you buy from us come with your quote.

What this website is

A description of what we sell, with prices where they are decided. It is not an offer to sell at a given price until we confirm it in a quote.

Prices

Software prices are shown for the country edition you are reading, with the date they were set. Where a page says "our price", that is our price. "Market" prices are what other sellers charged on the date shown.

Features marked Coming soon

Parts of the product marked Coming soon are not yet available. We do not charge for them until they are. The LAN hub is sold as a pre-order: you pay the Cloud price until the hub is delivered, then move to the hub tier at no extra charge.

Refunds

If something you paid for does not work as described, tell us within 30 days and we put it right or refund the payment for it. A yearly plan can be cancelled at any time; we refund the months not yet used. A plan paid once for several years can also be cancelled at any time; the time already used is charged at the yearly price and the rest is refunded.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. If you leave, we help you take it with you.

Brand names and fair use

Brand names, marks, logos and product photos of other companies, including the banks, utilities and public-service companies shown in our demos and pictures, belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the products and services a business deals with, which is fair use. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us or work with us.
