A working day
Morning
A room turns Dirty when its guest checks out, and a turnover task opens. The supervisor assigns rooms, attendants start and finish from a phone, and rooms with an arrival today come first. A room sells only once it is inspected.
From noon
Check-in lands only on an inspected, empty room. The desk keeps only the last four digits of the CNIC or passport, and the registration card prints from the stay.
Through the day
A café dinner charged to the room, the laundry, the minibar the attendant counted, an airport pickup: each lands on the guest's folio as its own line, and the books post from it.
Check-out
The advance is applied and the bill shows the total for cash, card or a mix before the guest chooses. A late check-out becomes a half- or full-night extended-stay line, never a late fee.
Afternoon
A corporate stay goes to the company's account. The city ledger ages what each company owes; a reminder falls due at 31, 45 and 60 days and a person sends it. No late fee or interest.
After midnight
Every in-house night is posted once. Each arrival that never came and each open shift is listed for the auditor before the run, the no-show policy is applied, and the business date rolls on.
What goes wrong today
Two reservations land on the same room for an overlapping night, discovered only at check-in.
A restaurant or laundry charge run up elsewhere in the property does not always make it onto the guest's bill.
A guest who never arrives leaves the advance's fate, kept or refunded, to whoever is on the desk that day.
A room taken out for repair is not always removed from sale cleanly, so the occupancy figure stops matching reality.

Reports give occupancy, average daily rate and RevPAR by month and for the next 14 nights, revenue by department and booking-channel commission.
An invoice, a company statement or a payment reminder opens WhatsApp with the message written out; a person presses Send. The app itself sends nothing.
Planned: a channel-manager link so Booking.com and Agoda bookings arrive on their own. The demo shows each channel's commission by night, its monthly statement, and the inbox where an online booking is placed on a room.
The accounts already post each pay period as one balanced entry; a full pay run with card tips and event casual wages is shown in the demo and still being built in the product.
