Can I quote a school's booklist and turn it into an order without retyping it?

That chain — quotation to order to delivery note to invoice — is proven in our traders demo; we are building it into the bookshop's own screens next.

Does the retail counter work the same as a grocery till?

Yes. The bookshop demo reuses the same retail till, receipt and all.

Yes. A school's account is tracked as an open-item khata with ageing, the same as any customer account.

We believe some provincial textbook boards fix curriculum prices, but we have not verified this, and the system does not enforce it automatically.

Not yet. It's planned: an on-site hub that keeps the till working through an outage.

Kit · Bookshop

The software for bookshops and the machines the counter needs, quoted as one price and delivered together.

In the box

The counter prints the same itemised receipt as any retail till.

Textbooks and stationery scan by barcode at counter speed.

A cash-heavy counter needs a drawer on every tender.

A bulk school order gets its own printed barcode before it's boxed for delivery.

"Market from" is what other sellers charge for a common model, checked on 10 Oct 2026. Your quote gives our price for the whole kit.
