Can it show margin per virtual brand, after commission?

Not yet in a demo of its own. The underlying costing engine already separates recipe cost per item; a per-brand margin report after commission is a planned build.

Does an order route to the right station without a floor plan?

The routing engine shown in the restaurant demo sends a dish to its station in seconds; applying it to an order inbox instead of a floor plan is planned.

Can it reconcile a weekly aggregator settlement?

Not yet. Reconciling the aggregator's settlement statement against the kitchen's own order log, with commission booked as its own line, is a planned build.

Does it keep working if the internet drops?

Not yet. A small on-site relay hub that keeps the order inbox and kitchen screens working through an outage is planned.

Does every order still print something for the bag?

Yes — an itemised receipt or packing slip prints from the same record used for the books today.
