Morning
Enquiries and holds
A family asks for a Saturday dinner. The calendar shows what is free by hall and slot; a courtesy hold runs 48 hours and a token hold seven days, and a lapsed hold never blocks anyone.
Live demo Food, Hospitality & Events
Built around a marriage hall with three halls and a lawn. The calendar refuses a taken slot and names the booking that holds it; a quote shows the price a head with the tax lines marked To verify; advances follow a ladder and cancellations a tier; the event order is checked against the one-dish rule and the hall's curfew setting; and the supervisor runs the night from a phone. Shown in our marriage hall demo.
A working day
Morning
A family asks for a Saturday dinner. The calendar shows what is free by hall and slot; a courtesy hold runs 48 hours and a token hold seven days, and a lapsed hold never blocks anyone.
A taken date
Asking for a sold slot shows the booking that holds it, the next free dates, and the other halls that fit with their hire. There is no override.
The quote
Hire by hall, slot and season, the menu per head, the add-ons, and the services tax and advance tax lines for a filer and a non-filer side by side, marked To verify.
Weeks before
A token, then enough to bring the total paid to 25% of the bill, then to 50% thirty days before the event, then the balance. A booking confirms only once the token and the advance are in, and the balances board shows what is overdue, due today and due this week.
Event night
A countdown to the 10 pm stop, an 18-item checklist and a door count. The balance shows only as cleared or not cleared; the supervisor sees no amounts.
After the event
The event bill uses the advances held first. Extra heads are trued up, and a disputed count is settled by the owner at an agreed number.
What goes wrong today
Two enquiries for the same night are both told the date is free, discovered only when both arrive to set up.
A refundable damage deposit and the non-refundable booking advance are kept in the same pot, with no clean way to release just one of them.
Damage discovered after an event has no document tying it back to that booking's deposit.
Which weeknights are consistently unbooked, and which package is actually the most profitable, is rarely visible on one screen.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Shown in our marriage hall demo: a taken slot is refused with the booking that holds it, the next five free dates and the other halls that fit with their hire, and a place on the waitlist. There is no override, and the refusal is logged.
Shown in our demo: a free 48-hour courtesy hold and a seven-day token hold, each counting down. A lapsed hold never blocks anyone, and one click clears lapsed holds and offers the date to the waitlist.
Shown in our demo: hire by hall, slot and season, the menu per head with the hall's minimum, the add-ons, and a discount capped at 5% unless the owner approves more. Services tax and advance tax show for a filer and a non-filer side by side, marked To verify.
Shown in our demo: a token, then enough to bring the total paid to 25% of the bill before advance tax, then to 50% thirty days before the event, then the balance. The booking confirms only when the token and the advance are in, and a family that pays ahead moves on to the next step.
Shown in our demo: 60 days or more out the hall keeps the token only; 30 to 59 days, 25%; 15 to 29, 50%; under 15, all, capped at what was paid, with the rest refunded. Force majeure keeps nothing and gives a 12-month credit with the owner's PIN.
Shown in our demo: a date moves free once at 45 days or more. Inside that, a fee of 10% of the hire comes out of the advance, and the booking manager's request waits for the owner to approve or decline it.
Shown in our demo: the event order is versioned, approved and printed. A second salan, a live counter, a starter or an end after the hall's curfew (10 pm in the demo) blocks approval on a wedding event, with no override; a corporate event warns unless the hall sets it to block.
Shown in our demo: a hall-only booking with an outside caterer, its service-kitchen slot and entry passes, and the kitchen-use fee billed ahead of the event as its own bill.
Shown in our demo: decor, sound, canopy and generator charges are held for the vendor and only the hall's margin is income. A vendor's bills must equal the events' share, and statements open in WhatsApp for a person to send, or print on A4.
Shown in our demo: the event bill on the event date uses the advances held first, a true-up bills heads over the bill, and a disputed count is settled by the owner by voiding and reissuing, with the money already taken carried over.
Shown in our demo: menus costed per head, a production plan from the expected guests, ingredients issued to each event with a variance over 10% flagged, and casual crews planned from the guest count and paid against signed slips once the event closes.
Shown in our demo: advances held, balances due, unsold weekend dinners and the decisions waiting, with seven checks, among them that the advances, deposits, vendors' money, revenue and the trial balance tie to the hall's records.
A quote, in Urdu or English, a hold or balance reminder, or a statement opens WhatsApp with the message written out; a person presses Send. The app itself sends nothing.
The accounts already post each pay period as one balanced entry; a monthly payroll that waits for the owner's approval is shown in the demo and still being built in the product.

Yes. Our marriage hall demo has three halls and a lawn seating 250 to 700, ninety days of history and about four months booked ahead, five staff roles, and English and Urdu. It runs on sample data in your own browser. Book a demo and we send you a private link.
Not in the demo. A taken slot is refused with the booking that holds it, the next free dates and the other halls that fit. There is no override.
The demo blocks a wedding event order that breaks the one-dish rule or runs past the hall's curfew (10 pm in the demo), with no override; a corporate event warns unless the hall sets it to block. Check the current rules for your district; we don't claim it enforces the law.
In the demo the hall keeps an amount by how far out the cancellation is, never more than was paid, and refunds the rest. Force majeure keeps nothing and gives a 12-month credit. The percentages are the hall's settings.
Not in the demo. Enquiries come in by phone, WhatsApp, a walk-in or a listing site and are entered by the booking office.
The demo shows services tax and advance tax lines for a filer and a non-filer, and every one is marked To verify. Check the rules for your hall with your accountant before relying on them.
