Is there a live demo for a jewellery shop?

Not yet as its own demo. The closest live demo today is retail: book a demo and we send you a private link. A dedicated jewellery demo with gold-rate pricing is planned.

Does it work if the internet goes down mid-sale?

Not yet. A small on-site relay hub that keeps the till selling through an outage is planned.

Can it handle an old-gold exchange?

That's planned as its own transaction type, weighing and testing the old piece and offsetting it against a new purchase, but it isn't built yet.

Does it know the tax rules on gold versus making charges?

Not fully. Standard sales tax applies to the making-charge component; the gold-value component's exact tax treatment hasn't been verified against a primary FBR notification.

Is hallmarking or a cash-transaction limit built in?

No. Neither a Pakistani hallmarking requirement nor a specific cash-transaction threshold for jewellery was confirmed in our research, so nothing is enforced around either yet.
