Do progress notes count as a legal clinical record?

No. This is business software for billing, stock and accounts. It is not a medical-records system and gives no medical advice; a progress note here just documents which session was delivered, for billing and continuity.

Does a missed session use up a package session?

Not decided yet; whether a no-show consumes a session is planned as a per-clinic setting.

Can a package be partly refunded?

A refund can be routed through a manager approval; the exact partial-refund rule is still to be confirmed with the owner.

Does the system flag a patient close to running out of sessions?

Planned: a package-utilisation view showing sessions used, remaining and due for renewal.

Can the practice keep booking if the internet drops?

Planned: a small on-site relay hub. Today's browser till needs a connection.
