Sports court clubs ask
Does the price change automatically between peak and off-peak hours?
Not yet. Peak and off-peak pricing is planned; today each facility has its own fee, and a guest fee is added for guests.
What happens if a customer doesn't show up for a booked slot?
No-shows are counted in the reports today. Forfeiting an advance on a no-show, by your policy, is planned.
Can two people book the same court at the same time?
No. The booking is refused if the court is already taken for that slot.
Does a prime-time membership need paying every time?
That is the plan: a set number of hours a week without a fresh payment each visit. Today members book within a weekly cap and pay the facility fee.
Can a corporate team be billed monthly instead of per session?
Yes — a standing team booking can be invoiced periodically, tracked as an open account like any khata balance.
