Does logging a procedure give medical advice or store a clinical record?

No. This is business software for billing, stock and accounts. It is not a medical-records system and gives no medical advice; a procedure log exists to track product cost and consent, not to guide treatment.

Can a specific lot be traced to every patient who received it?

Planned: logging units against a patient and a lot so a recall question can be answered from the record.

Is consent required before an injectable procedure can be logged?

Planned: a consent check before the procedure can be logged.

Are before-and-after photos visible outside the patient's own record?

Not decided yet; the intent is that a photo stays inside that one patient's own record.

Can the clinic keep booking if the internet drops?

Planned: a small on-site relay hub. Today's browser till needs a connection.
