Straight answers
About the price
Is there a charge for a second shop?
No. Every shop costs the same as the first. We do not charge extra for growing.
Can I pay once instead of every month?
Yes. Pay for 3 years up front and the last year is free: you pay 24 months' price for 36 months of use, at today's price all the way through. For a retail shop here that is QAR 2,856, once. If you stop early, the time used is charged at the yearly price and the rest is refunded.
Why monthly, and not a one-time licence?
Because the rules your shop works under keep changing. Tax rates, e-invoicing and report formats change, and every change reaches your shop the same day, with no upgrade fee. Your books stay in the cloud, open from any branch. A year costs ten months, and 3 years paid once cost 24 months; the first 50 founding shops in each country keep today's price for two years.
What if I pay for a year?
You pay for ten months and use it for twelve.
Do you take a cut of my card sales?
No. We do not process payments, so the price on this page is the whole price of the software.
Can I get my data out?
Four reports can be downloaded as CSV files today, as a preview. A full export of your data, which keeps working even if you stop paying, is planned.
Is there a free trial?
A 30-day trial is proposed and not yet decided.
