Clinic software that carries one token from the desk to the dispensary

A token runs through the desk, the nurse, the doctor and the dispensary on one visit. The consultation shows allergies in red and prescribes with an Urdu instruction line, a visiting doctor's share slip prints when the session closes, and the owner sees four figures that never blend.

A working day

A day in a clinic

Morning

Walk-in registration

A patient arrives without an appointment. Reception registers them, or finds them by phone, and issues a token.

Waiting

The queue board

The token appears on the doctor's queue the moment it is issued, so nobody re-types it or calls a name across the waiting room.

Consultation

Vitals and notes

The doctor opens the patient, sees any allergy or chronic-condition banner already on file, and enters vitals, notes and a prescription.

Dispensary

Same-visit dispensing

If the doctor dispenses a medicine from the clinic's own stock, the strip or box comes off the shelf against that visit.

Billing

One bill at reception

The consultation fee and any dispensed items reach reception as one itemised bill.

Evening

Stock and doctor split

The owner checks the day's collections split by doctor and the dispensary's near-expiry list before closing.

What goes wrong today

The problems it takes away

A lost token or a re-typed name

A walk-in registered twice because the queue and the doctor's list were not the same list.

Two separate totals

The consultation fee and the dispensed medicine billed apart, instead of one bill the patient reads once.

Stock that expires on the shelf

Medicine bought for the dispensary going out of date before anyone notices.

A forgotten allergy

A regular patient's allergy or chronic condition living only in someone's memory, not on the screen.

No view of who earned what

A multi-doctor clinic with no quick way to see today's collection split by doctor.

What it does

Everything a clinic runs on

Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.

One token, four counters

Live demo

The desk gives a token and takes the fee, the nurse records vitals, the doctor calls the token, and the dispensary fills the prescription, all on the same visit.

The consultation on one screen

Live demo

An allergy shows in red above the notes, today's vitals sit alongside, and the prescription carries an Urdu instruction line and prints with the doctor's PMDC number. Nothing medical is automated: the doctor decides and the system records.

The waiting-room board

Live demo

A TV in the waiting room shows each doctor's current and next tokens, never patients' names.

Visiting doctors' shares

Live demo

Each visiting doctor's share of the fees is worked out from their agreement as the session runs, and the share slip prints when the session closes.

Four figures that never blend

Live demo

The owner sees the clinic's own income, the doctors' shares owed, the lab's money held and the dispensary's takings, each kept apart.

Lab samples for the partner lab

Live demo

Tests the doctor ticks are billed at the desk, samples are collected with a barcode, the lab's money is held for it until it is paid over, and a WhatsApp message tells the patient when the report is ready.

A dispensary for this clinic's prescriptions

Live demo

Medicines are dispensed against this clinic's own prescriptions, earliest expiry first, with a controlled-drugs register kept against the shelf.

Panel companies billed monthly

Live demo

Companies that send their staff are billed monthly for their members' visits, with their agreed discount applied.

A running balance for a trusted regular

Keeps a running balance for a long-standing patient, tracked with the same ageing view as any customer account.

Coming soon

Planned: an on-site relay hub so reception can keep registering and billing patients through an outage.

Straight answers

Clinics ask

Does this replace my patient charting or medical-records system?

It keeps each visit's vitals, notes and prescription, so the doctor sees the history before the next visit. It gives no medical advice: the doctor decides and the system records.

Is patient data held to meet a health-privacy law?

Not a claim we make. Pakistan does not yet have an enacted general data-protection law, so we build to good practice, such as a consent record and WhatsApp sent only to a verified number, rather than to a specific law.

Can a doctor be paid a share of what they bring in?

Yes. Each visiting doctor's share is worked out from their agreement as the session runs, and the share slip prints when the session closes.

Can the clinic keep selling if the internet goes down?

Planned: a small on-site relay hub. Today's browser till needs a connection.

Does the till pick the medicine closest to its expiry automatically?

Shown in our demos: the earliest-expiring strip or box is picked first, and an expired one is blocked from sale.

Can the waiting room see who is next?

Yes. A TV board shows each doctor's current and next tokens, with no patient names.

Are the lab's and the doctors' money kept apart from the clinic's?

Yes. The owner sees four figures that never blend: the clinic's income, the doctors' shares owed, the lab's money held and the dispensary's takings.

See it run a clinic.

Twenty minutes on a call. We show your day on the screen, with your words and your stock.
