Can it apply this week's reference price automatically?

Planned: applying an externally published, formula-linked price automatically. Today this would need to be entered as a rate.

Does it catch a weight discrepancy between our scale and the mill's?

Planned: reconciling the mill's own weighbridge receipt against our dispatched figure, flagging any gap.

Can the smallholder payment list be produced straight from the weighbridge log?

Planned: a payment list generated from the day's weighed and graded intake, without re-keying.

Does it track ISPO or RSPO certification?

Planned: tracking a certificate's status as a reference record. Keeping the record doesn't grant ISPO or RSPO status on its own; that stays your own certifying body's process.

Does it handle Indonesian tax for us?

The tax engine lets you set a rate or exemption per company; a specific Indonesian rule would need to be entered by hand, not something calculated for you today.
