What happens when a class is full?

The next booking joins a waitlist, and is meant to be offered the spot automatically if someone cancels — this is planned.

How does the system know how many classes are left on a pack?

It is meant to count down by one each time a class is attended, and show what's left; planned as part of the studio build.

It shouldn't — a period-based membership is designed not to double-charge inside its own period.

On actual attendance — planned to be worked out from the day's roster, not the timetable.

Yes — a class reminder is pre-filled as a WhatsApp message ready to send.

In the box

A drop-in, pack or membership sale prints a receipt.

Packs and memberships are still mostly paid in cash.

Front desk taps through the class timetable to check a member in or manage the waitlist.

A membership card or QR code checks a member into a class.

"Market from" is what other sellers charge for a common model, checked on 10 Oct 2026. Your quote gives our price for the whole kit.
