Does the price change automatically between peak and off-peak hours?

Not yet. Peak and off-peak pricing is planned; today each facility has its own fee, and a guest fee is added for guests.

What happens if a customer doesn't show up for a booked slot?

No-shows are counted in the reports today. Forfeiting an advance on a no-show, by your policy, is planned.

No. The booking is refused if the court is already taken for that slot.

That is the plan: a set number of hours a week without a fresh payment each visit. Today members book within a weekly cap and pay the facility fee.

Yes — a standing team booking can be invoiced periodically, tracked as an open account like any khata balance.

Kit · Sports courts

In the box

A court booking, pass or coaching session prints an itemised receipt.

Walk-in bookings and equipment rental are often paid in cash.

Front desk taps an empty slot on the court calendar to book or check in a player.

A pass or membership card is scanned to confirm a booking or check-in.
