Can it track my bottles, not just my sales?

That's planned: a bottle-out, bottle-returned ledger with a deposit balance per customer, not built yet.

Can it bill my recurring customers every month by itself?

Planned: monthly billing against each customer's agreed bottle count, reusing the product's recurring-document engine.

Yes, shown in our demo: a van's opening load, deliveries, returns and closing stock reconcile at day's end.

Planned: it shows up in the bottle ledger as still with that customer, so it's a visible number, not a silent loss.

Planned: a small on-site relay hub is meant to keep a delivery confirmation or a counter sale recorded through an outage; it hasn't shipped yet.
