Can a pet be accepted without a valid vaccination?

No — the plan is for an expired vaccination to be flagged at intake, not accepted silently.

Can two pets be booked into the same kennel?

No — the kennel calendar is meant to block a double-booking, since it's reservation-only with no walk-in slot.

Is there a daily record I can see for my pet?

A daily care log with feeding, medication, a note and a photo is planned, and a photo update can be sent on WhatsApp.

How does the deposit work?

It is held as an open balance and netted against the final bill — nights stayed plus any add-ons — at checkout.

Does the system stop working if the internet goes down mid-stay?

Not once the on-site relay hub ships — that's planned as the main way boarding keeps running through an outage.
