Wholesale billing that remembers every customer's last price

A bazaar counter bills in cartons and loose kilograms, keeps every customer's khata and post-dated cheques straight, and shows the previous balance and last price the second you search their name.

A working day

A day in a wholesaler

Morning

The price list for today

The owner checks today's rate on staples like sugar and cooking oil and updates the price list before the counter opens.

Through the day

A retailer's order at the counter

A kiryana retailer walks in or phones an order; the counter salesman searches their name and sees the previous balance and the last price they paid.

Through the day

Cartons and loose on one bill

The bill mixes full cartons and loose kilograms on the same sale, priced and packed correctly either way.

Through the day

The godown pulls the stock

The godown keeper receives the bill, breaks cartons where needed, and loads the order for collection or delivery.

Through the day

Cash, cheque or khata

Payment is cash, a post-dated cheque, or booked to the customer's khata; the ledger updates the moment the sale is closed.

Closing

Cheques due and the day's position

The accountant checks which post-dated cheques are due today and marks them cleared or bounced; the owner reviews the day's cash and cheque position and dues by customer.

What goes wrong today

The problems it takes away

A customer's balance nobody can see at the counter

A retailer is billed again before anyone checks what they already owe.

Cartons and loose units billed as two separate things

A single sale of three cartons and two loose bags means two different calculations, done by hand.

A post-dated cheque that's easy to lose track of

A cheque taken today for a date next month, with nothing to say it's coming due until it bounces.

A discount given below cost by mistake

A busy counter gives a regular customer a discount that quietly sells a line below what it cost.

What it does

Everything a wholesaler runs on

Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.

The previous balance and last price, the moment you search

Live demo

Shown in our traders demo: searching a customer during billing surfaces their running khata balance and the last price they paid, before a single item is added.

A khata that tracks every customer's running balance

Available

Customers buy on account; the accounts track open invoices, receipts and ageing behind every khata balance.

Post-dated cheques bound to the khata, not a separate banking screen

Live demo

Shown in our traders demo: a post-dated cheque register with cheques due today and a bounce flag, bound to the same customer khata; the product's till only posts cash or on-account today, so full cheque posting is a near-term build.

One bill, cartons and loose kilograms together

Live demo

Our demo bills in nested packs (carton, bag, loose kilogram) with one price per level; the product today handles one pack level per sale line, with no pack support yet on purchases.

A discount that can never sell below cost

Live demo

Decided and shown in our demo: a discount can never take a line or bill below cost, and never exceeds the owner's maximum percentage.

The shop counter and the godown, one stock picture

Available

Stock is kept by warehouse and location, so the counter and the godown behind it show the same picture, not two separate ledgers.

A khata statement ready to send on WhatsApp

Live demo

The demo pre-fills a customer's bill or statement as a WhatsApp chat link; a person still presses send.

Sales tax and 236H on the wholesale bill

Live demo

Each bill carries its sales tax, exempt lines stay exempt, and the 236H advance tax collected from retailers follows each customer's filer status.

Keeps selling when the internet drops

Coming soon

Planned: a small on-site relay hub that keeps the counter billing through an internet outage.

To receive stock by the carton and break it down into loose units without a separate stock system.

Accountant / khata clerk

One list of cheques due today, and a khata ledger that always matches the recovery ageing.

Straight answers

Wholesalers ask

Can the counter bill mix cartons and loose kilograms on one sale?

Yes. Shown in our traders demo: a bill mixes cartons and loose units on the same sale, packed and priced at each level.

Does it track post-dated cheques?

Shown in our demo: a post-dated cheque register bound to the customer's khata, with cheques due today and a flag for a bounce. The product doesn't post cheques to the books yet, so this is a near-term build.

Can I see a customer's running khata balance before I bill them?

Yes. Searching a customer's name during billing shows their previous balance and the last price they paid.

Will it keep selling if the internet goes down?

Not yet. It's planned: a small on-site hub that keeps the till selling through an outage.

Is this built for a distributor with vans and order bookers?

No. This segment is the bazaar counter and godown only. Van routes and order booking belong to the FMCG distributor segment, not here.
