3 pm
The first class, taken on the teacher's phone
Class 8 Maths starts. The teacher opens its register, where everyone is already present, marks two students absent and saves it with one tap.
Live demo Education & Childcare
Built for a tuition academy with no till. The teacher marks a class present and taps only the absentees; the owner takes a fee with its JazzCash or bank reference and shares the receipt on WhatsApp; the dues list shows who owes what and sends a reminder. Shown in our tuition academy demo, a phone app.

A working day
3 pm
Class 8 Maths starts. The teacher opens its register, where everyone is already present, marks two students absent and saves it with one tap.
A parent at the desk
The owner finds the student, sees three months owed, and takes one month by JazzCash with its reference. A second tap by mistake records nothing twice.
After the receipt
One button opens WhatsApp with the receipt written out: the student, the class, the month, the amount and how it was paid. A person presses Send; the app itself sends nothing.
A wrong fee
A fee taken against the wrong month is reversed with a reason. The receipt stays, marked reversed, the month is owed again, and the reversal is on record.
Evening
The owner filters this month or earlier months, sees who owes what and since when, and sends a WhatsApp reminder or takes the fee from the same row.
Any time
Collected today, fees taken today and students with dues, above today's classes with each register's state: taken, now, later or not taken.
What goes wrong today
Nobody can say who was absent last Tuesday, and a correction means crossing out a page.
A fee written twice, or not at all, turns into a dispute with a parent months later.
Who owes which months is in the owner's head, so reminders go out late or not at all.
A teacher marking attendance on the same screen sees every fee taken, when the registers are all they need.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Shown in our tuition academy demo: everyone starts present and the teacher taps only the absentees or latecomers, class by class, on a phone. A same-day correction is saved and recorded.
Shown in our demo: the owner finds the student, sees every month owed, and takes a fee by cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or card with its reference. Paying more than is due, or paying a month twice, is refused.
A receipt or a dues reminder opens WhatsApp with the message written out; a person presses Send. The app itself sends nothing.
Shown in our demo: a double tap, or a retry after the phone reloads, records one fee and shows the receipt from the first tap. A wrong fee is reversed with a reason; the receipt is kept and marked reversed, and the month is owed again.
Shown in our demo: who owes what and since when, this month or earlier, with a reminder or the fee itself a tap away. The teacher's view shows none of the money; the owner's view opens with the owner's PIN.
Planned: a batch seat map that shows real capacity and offers a waitlist once a batch fills, instead of a spreadsheet headcount.
Planned: a prepaid class-package balance that drops by one with each attendance, not by the calendar month, and blocks the next class once it runs out.
Planned: a base-plus-commission pay type worked out from a batch's actual attendance, the same engine other trades use for stylists' and salesmen's commissions.
The accounts already post each pay period as one balanced entry; a pay run that handles both a salaried front desk and commission-paid instructors is still being built.

Yes. Our tuition academy demo is a phone app with four screens, Today, Attendance, Take fee and Dues, for an owner and the teachers, in English and Urdu. It runs on sample data in your own browser. Book a demo and we send you a private link.
It depends on your city and whether you cross the local services-tax threshold; we haven't confirmed one rule that applies everywhere, so check with a local accountant rather than assuming either way.
Not yet. The demo bills a monthly fee per class. A prepaid package with a balance that counts down, and a seat map with a waitlist, are planned.
Planned: a base wage plus a share of the batch's fee revenue, worked out from real attendance. The exact split is something you set per instructor; the engine isn't built yet.
That's the plan for a parent/student page; it isn't built yet. Today a parent gets the receipt or the reminder on WhatsApp, and the rest is done at the desk.
No. The teacher's phone shows the registers only. The owner's view, with the money, opens with the owner's PIN.
We are building it to keep working when the internet drops, with the books kept safe online. It isn't finished yet. Ask us what is ready for your centre.
