Opening
Check-in starts
Front desk checks in members by card, QR or phone lookup as they arrive.
Live demo Beauty, Fitness, Personal & Pet
Checks a member in by card, flags a suspended one and reinstates them on the same screen, and bills every member's monthly dues with the defaulter ladder behind them. Shown in our gymkhana (members' club) demo, where the gym is one of the club's facilities alongside the courts, the pool, the café and the banquet hall.
A working day
Opening
Front desk checks in members by card, QR or phone lookup as they arrive.
At the door
A lapsed membership is blocked at check-in until it's renewed, right there at the desk.
Through the day
A trainer logs a personal-training session against the client's package; their commission is calculated from it.
At the counter
A retail sale — a shaker, gloves, a tub of whey — is added at the counter.
Closing
The owner reviews the day's check-ins and the defaulter list, then closes the till.
What goes wrong today
No check at the door for whether a membership has expired.
No one watching the list until months of dues have piled up.
A trainer's pay worked out from what was booked, not what actually happened.
Supplements and merchandise sold without going through the till next to membership.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
A card scan or a name lookup checks a member in. A suspended member shows in red with the arrears, and paying, reinstating and checking in happen on the same screen.
Members sit in categories, with dependants on their own cards. The monthly dues run bills everyone with a late surcharge, and defaulters move from reminder to suspension to strike-off.
Admission takes the entrance fee and a refundable deposit, and an exit refunds the deposit against anything still owed.
At the café, a member's card charges the chit to their account, and a suspended card is refused.
Planned: a personal-training package that counts down by session, with the trainer's commission worked out from the sessions actually given.
A lapsed membership is tracked as an open balance the same way any khata account is, so a defaulter shows up on the ageing list.
Our retail demo already asks for a manager PIN to approve an override; the same kind of PIN gate is being added for waiving a gym fee.
A renewal or defaulter reminder is pre-filled as a WhatsApp message for front desk to send.
16% on club services and the café at the restaurant rate, each on its own line of the member's bill.
An on-site relay hub will keep check-in and the till working through an internet outage.

Straight answers
No. A suspended member shows in red at check-in with the arrears, and can pay and be reinstated on the same screen.
In our gymkhana demo, trainers' and coaches' commission is paid through payroll. Working it out from personal-training sessions actually given is planned.
Not without a manager PIN — the same kind of PIN check already shown in our retail demo is being extended to a gym fee waiver.
Yes. Defaulters move from a reminder to suspension to strike-off, and each step is on the list.
Not yet. Once the on-site relay hub is live, that's how check-in and sales will keep going through an outage.
