Membership, dues and the defaulter ladder
Live demoMembers sit in categories, with dependants on their own cards. The monthly dues run bills everyone with a late surcharge, and defaulters move from reminder to suspension to strike-off.
Admissions and exits

Does an expired membership still let someone check in?
No. A suspended member shows in red at check-in with the arrears, and can pay and be reinstated on the same screen.
How is a trainer's commission worked out?
In our gymkhana demo, trainers' and coaches' commission is paid through payroll. Working it out from personal-training sessions actually given is planned.
Can front desk waive a member's fee without approval?
Not without a manager PIN — the same kind of PIN check already shown in our retail demo is being extended to a gym fee waiver.
Is there a defaulter list?
Yes. Defaulters move from a reminder to suspension to strike-off, and each step is on the list.
Does the till stop working if the internet drops?
Not yet. Once the on-site relay hub is live, that's how check-in and sales will keep going through an outage.
