Morning
Publish today's classes
The front desk confirms today's class timetable and capacity.
Coming soon Beauty, Fitness, Personal & Pet
Publishes the day's classes with a capacity cap, books a member in or onto the waitlist, and decrements a class pack or checks a membership automatically. When a booked member cancels, the next person waiting is offered the spot.
A working day
Morning
The front desk confirms today's class timetable and capacity.
Booking
A member books a class; once it's full, the next booking joins the waitlist.
Class time
Members check in for the class, and attendance is marked as it runs.
After class
A class-pack member's count goes down by one; an unlimited-membership member is simply marked attended.
Closing
The owner reviews the fill rate for the day, and instructor pay is worked out from actual attendance.
What goes wrong today
No way to offer a cancelled spot to the next person waiting.
A class pack where nobody is sure how many classes are left.
Instructor pay based on what was scheduled, not who actually showed up.
An unlimited membership charged again inside its own month.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
A class timetable with a capacity cap, and a waitlist that promotes the next member automatically when someone cancels, is planned.
An 8- or 16-class pack that counts down by attendance, separate from a period-based unlimited membership, is planned as the same liability with a different decrement rule.
A class pack or membership balance is tracked the same way as any khata account, so what's left is always visible.
Shown in our demos: a discount can never take a class or pack below its cost, or past the owner's maximum.
A class reminder or a waitlist offer is pre-filled as a WhatsApp message for front desk to send.
Planned: an on-site relay hub that keeps the timetable and the till working through an outage.
Instructor pay worked out from classes actually taught and attended, not just scheduled, is planned through the product's payroll element.

Straight answers
The next booking joins a waitlist, and is meant to be offered the spot automatically if someone cancels — this is planned.
It is meant to count down by one each time a class is attended, and show what's left; planned as part of the studio build.
It shouldn't — a period-based membership is designed not to double-charge inside its own period.
On actual attendance — planned to be worked out from the day's roster, not the timetable.
Yes — a class reminder is pre-filled as a WhatsApp message ready to send.
