Reservation
Book the dates
A pet owner reserves boarding or daycare dates, and pays a deposit to confirm.
Coming soon Beauty, Fitness, Personal & Pet
Reserves a kennel for the dates a pet will stay, blocks intake until its vaccination is confirmed valid, and builds a daily care log — feeding, medication, a note and a photo — that adds up over the stay. Checkout nets the deposit against nights stayed and any add-ons.
A working day
Reservation
A pet owner reserves boarding or daycare dates, and pays a deposit to confirm.
Intake
At intake, the pet's vaccination is checked, and its feeding schedule, medication and belongings are recorded.
Through the stay
A caretaker logs feeding and medication rounds, with a note and a photo, every day of the stay.
Checkout
The final bill nets the deposit against nights stayed and any care add-ons, and the balance is collected.
Closing
The owner reviews kennel occupancy and the average length of stay.
What goes wrong today
A pet accepted without anyone confirming its vaccination is still valid.
Two pets booked into the same kennel by mistake.
Nothing to show what happened while the owner was away.
A booking deposit that isn't properly applied against the final bill.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
A reservation-only capacity calendar for kennels, with no walk-in slot, is planned.
Flagging an expired vaccination at intake, instead of accepting a pet silently, is planned as a gating check.
A daily care log — feeding, medication, belongings, a note and a photo — that builds up over the stay is planned.
A booking deposit is kept as an open balance on the customer's account, netted against the final bill at checkout — the same mechanism behind every advance payment.
Shown in our demos: a discount can never take a stay below its cost, or past the owner's maximum.
A daily photo or the final receipt is pre-filled as a WhatsApp message for front desk to send to the pet's family.
Planned: an on-site relay hub that keeps the kennel calendar and the till working through an outage.
Who uses it
Front desk / caretaker lead

Caretaker
to see today's feeding and medication rounds by kennel, and log a daily note and photo
Owner
to see occupancy, average stay length, and the boarding-versus-daycare revenue split

Straight answers
No — the plan is for an expired vaccination to be flagged at intake, not accepted silently.
No — the kennel calendar is meant to block a double-booking, since it's reservation-only with no walk-in slot.
A daily care log with feeding, medication, a note and a photo is planned, and a photo update can be sent on WhatsApp.
It is held as an open balance and netted against the final bill — nights stayed plus any add-ons — at checkout.
Not once the on-site relay hub ships — that's planned as the main way boarding keeps running through an outage.
