An ad or a landing page
A lead becomes a checkout
Someone follows an ad or a landing page, chooses a course, and pays; there is no physical premises and nothing to visit.
Coming soon Education & Childcare
A student pays at checkout and is meant to get into the course straight away, with no one on the other end flipping a switch. Progress updates per lesson, and hitting completion is meant to issue a certificate on its own.

An ad or a landing page
Someone follows an ad or a landing page, chooses a course, and pays; there is no physical premises and nothing to visit.
At checkout
A successful payment is meant to provision course access immediately, without anyone manually approving or emailing a link.
Through the course
The learner's progress percentage moves as each lesson is completed, visible on their own course page.
Support
Support answers a question, reconciles a bank-transfer checkout that didn't auto-match, or processes a refund inside the guarantee window.
At completion
Once progress reaches full completion, a certificate is meant to issue automatically, using the same QR-verification register a school's leaving certificate uses.
Ongoing
A sale that comes through an affiliate link is meant to attribute its commission automatically, visible on the affiliate's own read-only page.
What goes wrong today
If someone has to check a bank transfer and switch on access by hand, a paying student waits for no good reason.
Reaching full progress should be the trigger for a certificate on its own, not something a support person has to notice and act on.
A digital product is just as exposed to an uncapped discount as anything sold at a counter; the same maximum-discount rule needs to apply here too.
Paying a referral commission by hand invites disputes about whose link actually made the sale.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Checkout will provision course access the moment payment clears, with no manual approval step in between.
Progress will update per lesson, and full completion will issue a certificate through the same QR-verification register the school demo's leaving certificate uses.
Shown in our demos: a discount can never take a sale below cost, and never exceeds the owner's own maximum, on a digital course the same as anywhere else.
A referral sale will attribute its commission to the right affiliate automatically, the same commission engine other trades use for their own sales staff.
A refund inside a course's guarantee window will reverse access and book a proper credit note, on the same credit-note engine already built for physical returns.
A receipt or a resent access link pre-fills a WhatsApp message that a person sends with one tap.
Who uses it
Owner/instructor
Sales and enrolment by course, completion and refund rate, and affiliate payouts due, without touching a spreadsheet.
Marketing/admin
Reconcile a manual bank-transfer payment to the right course and resend an access link, without exceeding the owner's own discount limit.
Support
See a student's progress, answer a question, and process a refund inside the guarantee window.
Student
Watch lessons, see progress update, and download a certificate once the course is finished.
Behind the counter
The screens for your trade sit on a full set of books. These parts come with it.
Double-entry books, statements, period close.
Cash, bank, cheques and reconciliation.
Orders, supplier bills and what you owe.
One staff register, attendance, pay runs.
The numbers an owner asks for each morning.
The price
Introductory price. Local taxes are added where they apply. A second shop costs the same as the first. Prices for countries without their own page, in USD, as of 28 Sep 2026.
The first 50 shops in each country get free setup and data import with a yearly plan, and today's price locked for two years.

It's genuinely unresolved without a specific ruling; don't assume either way, and check with an accountant before pricing a launch.
The workflow doesn't depend on where a buyer is; currency and payment method are the main things that change market to market.
No. A completion certificate confirms the course was finished; if your course isn't accredited by a recognised body, say so plainly rather than implying it is.
This needs a person to reconcile it; nothing here resolves on its own a payment that didn't actually land.
No till, no receipt printer, no cash drawer — this is the one segment in the family with no physical counter at all.
