Drop-off
Check-in flags the unexpected
A child arrives and is checked in; if the adult dropping off isn't on the authorised list, the front desk sees a flag before letting them through.
Coming soon Education & Childcare
Every child's meals, naps and mood are meant to reach a parent's phone the same day, without anyone writing a report by hand. Check-out checks an authorised-pickup list, and releasing a child to anyone else needs a logged manager PIN.
A working day
Drop-off
A child arrives and is checked in; if the adult dropping off isn't on the authorised list, the front desk sees a flag before letting them through.
Through the day
Each room's teacher logs a meal, a nap and a mood note per child, with an optional photo, without leaving the room.
Any time
A room's screen shows its current headcount against its licensed ratio, so it's clear before a new child is accepted whether the room can actually take them.
Pickup
Releasing a child to anyone not on the authorised-pickup list needs a manager PIN, logged with a reason, not a nod from whoever's at the desk.
End of day
The day's meals, naps and photos reach the family page without anyone typing a separate report.
Monthly
Planned: monthly fees with a sibling discount applied on its own when more than one child from a family attends, and a family's dues paid together at the counter.
What goes wrong today
Without a checked, authorised-pickup list, check-out relies on staff recognising a face or trusting a name at the door.
Nothing stops a room accepting one more child than its licensed carer ratio allows, until an inspection finds it.
Parents hear how their child's day went only if a carer separately messages them, with no record of what was actually logged.
Billing two or three children in one family separately means someone has to remember and apply the sibling rule themselves.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: check-out checked against a list of who may collect each child, with a manager PIN and a logged reason for releasing a child to anyone else.
Planned: the same one-entry-becomes-one-shared-update pattern our school demo uses for its class diary, adapted here to a per-child feed of meals, naps, mood and a photo.
Shown in our school demo: children start present and only exceptions are recorded; the same block is planned per room here.
Planned: each room's screen checks its live headcount against its carer ratio and warns before a new enrolment would cross it.
Our pharmacy, traders and retail demos already pick the earliest-expiring batch on their own; the same batch/expiry engine is meant to cover infant formula here, once it ships.
A feed update, a receipt or a reminder pre-fills a WhatsApp message that a person sends with one tap.
Each pay period already posts as one balanced entry; a full pay run for room-by-room carer staff is still being built.
Who uses it
Owner/Director
Headcount-versus-ratio compliance by room, the dues list, and today's incident log, in one place.
Front desk/coordinator
Check children in and out safely, without overriding the pickup list without a reason on record.
Teacher/carer
Log each child in their own room only, with no visibility into fees or another room's children.
Parent
See today's feed with photos, pay what's due, and let the school know about a planned absence.
Behind the counter
The screens for your trade sit on a full set of books. These parts come with it.
Double-entry books, statements, period close.
Cash, bank, cheques and reconciliation.
Orders, supplier bills and what you owe.
What you hold, where, and what it cost.
One staff register, attendance, pay runs.
The numbers an owner asks for each morning.
More than one shop, one set of books.
On the counter
Bought together with the software: one delivery, one bill, set up to work.
The price
Introductory price. Local taxes are added where they apply. A second shop costs the same as the first. Prices for countries without their own page, in USD, as of 28 Sep 2026.
The first 50 shops in each country get free setup and data import with a yearly plan, and today's price locked for two years.

It varies by province and is genuinely unclear from public sources for a stand-alone commercial preschool; check with your provincial education department and local municipal corporation rather than assuming one national rule.
We haven't found a law that specifically mandates one; it's modelled here as good practice regardless of what the law requires.
No. A carer logs it once and shares it with one tap; nothing sends on its own without a person pressing send.
That is the plan: each child gets a monthly fee, a sibling discount applies on its own from the second child, and a family's dues are paid together, as our school demo already shows.
Planned: a small on-site relay hub that keeps check-in and check-out working through an outage; it isn't built yet.
