A chair, not just a slot
Front desk books the patient against a specific chair and dentist.
Coming soon Healthcare & Clinical
A chairside tooth chart feeds a staged treatment plan. Each visit bills against the plan as work is done, and an instalment reduces the plan's own balance, not just the day's bill.
A working day
Booking
Front desk books the patient against a specific chair and dentist.
Chairside
The dentist opens the tooth chart, marks the finding on the tooth, and adds it to the visit.
Estimate
A staged treatment plan sets out an itemised estimate; the patient accepts all or part of it.
Each stage
A completed stage bills as an invoice against the plan, never before the work happens.
Payment
A partial payment reduces the plan's own outstanding balance, not just that day's bill.
Month-end
The practice checks what was sent to the outside dental lab, what came back, and what is owed.
What goes wrong today
A treatment plan written on paper, with no live link to what has actually been billed.
No easy way to see, at a glance, which patients are behind on a payment plan.
What the outside lab charged for a crown or denture not tied to the specific plan item it belongs to.
Anaesthetic cartridges and bonding agents going out of date before anyone checks.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: a 32-tooth chart with a condition or procedure marker per tooth, per visit.
Planned: a treatment plan as its own estimate, with each stage billing against it as it is completed, so the plan's outstanding balance is always a live figure.
Shown in our demos: anaesthetic cartridges and bonding agents are tracked by batch and expiry, the same picking as any pharmacy stock.
Keeps a patient's instalment balance with the same ageing view as any customer account.
A WhatsApp click-to-chat button pre-fills an appointment or instalment reminder; a person presses send.
Shown in our demos: a treatment-plan discount can never take a line below cost, and never exceeds the owner's set maximum.
Planned: an on-site relay hub so the front desk can keep booking and billing through an outage.

Straight answers
No. This is business software for billing, stock and accounts. It is not a medical-records system and gives no medical advice; the chart exists to feed the treatment plan and the bill, not to diagnose.
Planned: the plan can be re-estimated and the patient re-confirms; stages already billed are not touched.
Planned: a lab-fee bill tagged to its own treatment-plan item, so procedure-level cost is visible.
Planned: a small on-site relay hub. Today's browser till needs a connection.
Shown in our demos: no. A discount is capped at the owner's set maximum and can never go below cost.
