Registration
An owner, not just a pet
Reception registers or recognises the owner by phone, then adds or opens one of their pets.
Coming soon Healthcare & Clinical
One owner can register several pets, and the clinic still bills them as one total that itemises exactly which line belongs to which pet, with a vaccination's next-due date computed on its own.
A working day
Registration
Reception registers or recognises the owner by phone, then adds or opens one of their pets.
Exam
The vet opens the pet and sees its species, breed and vaccination history before examining it.
Treatment
An exam, a vaccine or a treatment is logged against that specific pet, and any medicine dispensed comes off dispensary stock.
Billing
If more than one pet was seen, the owner pays one total, itemised line by line per pet.
Next visit
The next vaccination due date is set, and a WhatsApp reminder is scheduled.
Weekly
Reception works the list of pets due for a vaccine and reorders stock against near-expiry.
What goes wrong today
A bill for an owner with several pets that does not say which line belongs to which animal.
No working list of which pets are due for their next vaccine this week.
An adverse reaction with no quick way to see which other pets got the same batch.
Vaccines and medicines going out of date before anyone notices.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: an owner as the paying party with several linked pets, billed as one total that itemises which line belongs to which pet.
Planned: a next-due date computed automatically per vaccine type, per pet.
Shown in our demos: vaccines and medicines pick the earliest-expiring batch first, the same picking as any pharmacy stock.
Our demos sell the retail pet-supplies counter in packs, the same nested pricing as any grocery pack.
Keeps an owner-level running balance and ageing, the same engine as any customer account.
A WhatsApp click-to-chat button pre-fills a vaccine-due reminder against the right pet and owner; a person presses send.
Planned: an on-site relay hub so reception can keep registering and billing through an outage.

Straight answers
No. This is business software for billing, stock and accounts. It is not a medical-records system and gives no medical advice; a treatment log exists to support the bill and the next vaccine date, not to diagnose.
Planned: one consolidated bill per owner, itemised per pet.
Planned: a batch traced to whichever pets received it, for a recall scenario.
Not in this record. Boarding and grooming are planned to reuse the same pet record from the Beauty, Fitness, Personal & Pet family's own segments, not rebuilt here.
Planned: a small on-site relay hub. Today's browser till needs a connection.
