Booking
A session against a package
The receptionist books a session against an open package, or sells a new one.
Coming soon Healthcare & Clinical
Sell a package of sessions once, and each booking against it reduces the remaining count on its own, with a progress note chained to the treatment plan every time.
A working day
Booking
The receptionist books a session against an open package, or sells a new one.
Check-in
The therapist opens the patient and sees the treatment plan and every prior progress note.
Treatment
The therapist delivers the session and logs a progress note against the same treatment plan.
After the session
The package's remaining-session count reduces by one, unless the visit was a no-show under the clinic's policy.
Weekly
The practice checks which patients are low on remaining sessions and sends a WhatsApp renewal reminder.
What goes wrong today
Remaining sessions in a package tracked by hand instead of counted down automatically.
A note for each visit with no link back to the treatment plan it belongs to.
No clear rule for whether a missed visit consumes a session from the package.
A patient running low on sessions and nobody noticing until the package is already used up.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: a package of pre-paid sessions that decrements by one each time a session is completed.
Planned: a dated progress note logged each visit, chained under the one treatment plan rather than as a separate, unlinked entry.
Keeps a running balance and ageing for a patient paying per session rather than by package.
A WhatsApp click-to-chat button pre-fills a package-renewal or rebooking reminder; a person presses send.
Shown in our demos: a discount can never take a session below cost, and never exceeds the owner's set maximum.
Planned: an on-site relay hub so the front desk can keep booking and billing through an outage.

Straight answers
No. This is business software for billing, stock and accounts. It is not a medical-records system and gives no medical advice; a progress note here just documents which session was delivered, for billing and continuity.
Not decided yet; whether a no-show consumes a session is planned as a per-clinic setting.
A refund can be routed through a manager approval; the exact partial-refund rule is still to be confirmed with the owner.
Planned: a package-utilisation view showing sessions used, remaining and due for renewal.
Planned: a small on-site relay hub. Today's browser till needs a connection.
