Admission
From OPD to a bed
An OPD consultation is pulled forward into an admission, and a bed is assigned by ward type.
Coming soon Healthcare & Clinical
A patient's bill assembles itself as a bed-day, a lab test or a pharmacy item posts, instead of being pieced together by hand at discharge, and an insured stay splits patient-payable from payor-covered.
A working day
Admission
An OPD consultation is pulled forward into an admission, and a bed is assigned by ward type.
The stay
A bed-day, a lab test, a pharmacy item or a procedure lands on the patient's one running bill as it happens, not only at discharge.
Rounds
The consultant works through today's admitted patients, adding a progress note or ordering a test or medicine.
Deposit
Billing collects a deposit and applies any insurer coverage against the running bill.
Discharge
Discharge is planned to be held back until both the bill and the clinical orders are complete.
Evening
The administrator checks bed occupancy and outstanding patient and insurer balances.
What goes wrong today
Charges from the stay collected together only when the patient is ready to leave.
No quick way to see which beds are occupied and which are free, by ward.
A patient discharged before their bill or their clinical orders were actually complete.
One balance that does not say how much the patient owes and how much the insurer covers.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
A bed will become a typed, tariffed resource with a daily billing job, not a manual bed-day line.
A bed-day, a lab test, a pharmacy item and a procedure will all land on the one patient invoice as they happen.
Discharge will hold back until billing and clinical-order completeness are both satisfied, each configurable.
A payor, contract, plan and coverage chain will let an insured stay split patient-payable from payor-covered.
Shown in our demos: the in-house pharmacy picks the earliest-expiring stock first, the same picking as a standalone pharmacy.
Keeps ageing on both a patient's own balance and an insurer's, the same engine as any customer account.
An on-site relay hub will keep admission and billing working through an outage.

Straight answers
No. This is business software for billing, stock, HR and accounts. It is not a medical-records system and gives no medical advice.
Not yet decided; a simpler patient-pays, manually-reconciled-with-the-insurer model is one option under consideration for a first release.
Not yet. A daily billing job against the ward's own tariff is planned.
Not yet. A two-condition gate on billing and clinical orders, each switchable per hospital, is planned.
Not yet. A small on-site relay hub is planned; today's browser till needs a connection.
