A working day
Through the day
A customer views and demos a model; the sale captures its serial number before it leaves the shop.
Through the day
A customer starts an instalment plan with a down payment and a schedule of monthly instalments.
Through the day
The service desk looks up a warranty claim by serial number and routes it to the right service centre.
Receiving
The stock keeper receives new stock, binding each unit's serial number to the shelf or the warehouse.
Closing
The owner checks the instalment book's ageing and how long warranty claims take to close.
What goes wrong today
A warranty claim with no fast way to find the original sale.
An instalment book that isn't clear on who is overdue and by how much.
A serial number captured once at sale and never checked again.
A discount on a clearance model that quietly drops below what it cost.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Every stock unit will carry its own serial number, for electronics, repairs and warranty tracking, so every appliance sale is bound to the exact unit sold.
An instalment sale will become its own document, with a down payment and a schedule the till can collect against. How the shop finances it is still being worked out.
A warranty claim will route to the right service centre, looked up by serial number.
A customer can buy on account. The product tracks the open balance and ageing.
Shown in our demos: a discount can never take a line below cost, even on a clearance model.
Stock is tracked by branch and warehouse everywhere you sell.
A receipt pre-fills on WhatsApp with one tap; a person still presses send.
A small on-site hub will keep the till selling through an outage.
