A working day
Opening
The recovery officer starts from a list of accounts ranked by days overdue.
Through the day
A new buyer's CNIC and guarantor details are captured, a down payment taken, and a schedule generated.
Through the day
An existing customer's monthly payment is collected and the schedule updated.
Through the day
The recovery officer logs a promise-to-pay or escalates to the guarantor.
Closing
The owner reviews the installment book's ageing and default rate.
What goes wrong today
A CNIC and guarantor kept as a free-text note instead of a structured record.
An overdue list that has to be sorted by hand instead of ranking itself by risk.
A schedule that gets edited after the goods are already out the door, with no record of why.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
A sale type will record the down payment, the schedule and the markup as one document, not a side spreadsheet.
A buyer's CNIC and one or two guarantors will capture as a structured record, not a free-text note.
An overdue list will rank itself by days overdue, so recovery staff don't have to sort it by hand.
Send a payment reminder by WhatsApp click-to-chat; a person still presses send.
Every installment due is tracked as an open item that ages by days overdue, the same engine behind every khata balance.
Every receipt carries an FBR-style invoice number and QR code. The live FBR connection is coming soon.
A small on-site relay hub will keep the till selling through an internet outage.
