Today's rate
The owner sets or confirms today's per-watt rate; every open quote is meant to price from it.
Coming soon Retail & Specialty
Set today's per-watt rate once and every open quote, panel and kit bundle is meant to price from it. Every panel, inverter and battery carries a serial and a warranty, a ready system kit is meant to sell as one line, and an old battery traded in is weighed and priced at the day's scrap rate.
A working day
Opening
The owner sets or confirms today's per-watt rate; every open quote is meant to price from it.
Through the day
A walk-in or an installer is quoted at today's rate, whether it is a loose panel, an inverter, a battery, or a ready system kit sold as one line.
Through the day
Every panel, inverter and battery leaving the counter has its serial captured and a warranty card issued.
As needed
An old battery brought in for exchange is weighed, priced at the day's scrap rate, and knocked off the new battery's price.
Receiving
The warehouse keeper receives a pallet or a container and serialises each unit onto the shelf.
Closing
Installer credit ageing, referral commission payable, and old-battery scrap on hand are reviewed.
What goes wrong today
Every open quote has to be repriced by hand whenever the import cost or the exchange rate moves.
A customer totting up a system kit line by line instead of seeing one bundled price.
A warranty claim with no clear serial-number trail back to the original sale.
An old battery's weight and scrap value worked out on paper instead of netted straight off the invoice.
Installer credit and a referral commission kept in someone's memory instead of a running ledger.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: enter today's per-watt rate once and have it feed every open quote and every kit price at once, the same mechanism planned for a jewellery shop's gold rate or a butcher's live-weight rate.
Planned: a ready system kit (a bundle of panels, an inverter, structure and cable) sold and invoiced as one line at one price, instead of item by item.
Planned: weigh an old battery brought in for exchange, price it at the day's scrap rate, and net it straight off the new battery's invoice in one step.
Planned: serial numbers as a stock feature, so every panel, inverter and battery sold is bound to the exact unit and its warranty.
An installer can buy on account; the accounts track the open balance, receipts and ageing behind it.
Planned: one commission engine to track a referral commission owed back to the installer who steered the sale here.
Decided and shown in our demos: a discount can never take a line or bill below cost, even on the day the per-watt rate has just moved.
The same nested-pack pricing shown in our demos is designed to hold a panel's piece, pallet and container levels; the product handles one pack level per sale line today, with no pack support yet on purchases or stock documents.

No. Installing, site surveys and net-metering paperwork belong to a different segment, the solar installer; this shop's part is selling the equipment and handing over the serial, invoice and datasheet the customer's installer will need.
No. A car or motorcycle battery is sold and tracked in the tyre and battery shop segment; this one covers solar and UPS backup batteries.
Not yet. That is planned: set today's per-watt rate once and have it feed every open quote and kit price.
Not yet. Ready system kits sold as one line at one price are planned.
