Coming soon Trade & Distribution

Beverage distribution software built around the crate and the chiller

Runs the same beat and van model as any FMCG distributor, plus an empty-crate count against every delivery and a chiller register that follows the fridge to the retailer's own shop, not the distributor's address.

A working day

A day in a beverage distributor

Morning

The beat goes out

Today's route comes from the beat plan, and the order booker heads out with the retailer list for that beat.

Through the day

An order is booked

The order booker visits a retailer or restaurant and books an order for cases, cartons or crates.

At delivery

Crates delivered, empties collected

The driver counts crates and bottles delivered against empties collected on the same visit, side by side.

At delivery

Cash or credit is collected

The driver collects cash on the spot or leaves the balance on the retailer's khata.

Evening

The van settles

What was loaded, sold, returned and collected in cash is reconciled before the next day's beat.

As needed

A chiller is placed or moved

A fridge placed at a retailer's shop is logged against that shop's address, not the distributor's own.

What goes wrong today

The problems it takes away

Empties nobody reconciles

Crates and bottles delivered are recorded, but what comes back rarely gets tallied against them.

A chiller nobody can find

A fridge placed at a retailer's shop years ago isn't on any register that says where it actually is.

A van that doesn't add up at day's end

What was loaded, sold, returned and collected in cash rarely reconciles without a manual tally.

Dues that are only in the recovery officer's head

Retailer balances spread across a beat with no ageing by area, so collection depends on memory.

What it does

Everything a beverage distributor runs on

Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.

The same beat and van-settlement model as FMCG distribution

Live demo

Van settlement (opening, loaded, sold, returns, closing stock) is a real feature today; route and recovery sheets are shown in our traders demo.

A retailer's khata, aged by area

Available

A retailer or restaurant can buy on account; the product tracks the open invoice, receipts and ageing behind every khata balance.

Cases, crates and cartons, one price per level

Live demo

Our demos sell in nested packs with a price per level; the product today handles one pack level per sale line, with no pack support yet on purchasing or stock documents.

Empty-crate and bottle-deposit tracking

Coming soon

Planned: a crate or bottle deposit held from the retailer, recovered on an unbroken return, tracked as its own small liability alongside the sale.

A chiller register at the retailer's own address

Coming soon

Planned: the fixed-asset register extended so a chiller's location is the customer's premises, not the distributor's own, and it stays traceable if the shop changes hands.

Cold-chain lines rotate first-expiry-first

Live demo

Our pharmacy, traders and retail demos pick the earliest-expiring batch automatically and block expired stock, useful for cold-chain juice and yogurt lines. Batch and expiry tracking is coming soon in the product itself.

Keeps booking orders when the signal drops

Coming soon

Planned: a small on-site relay hub that keeps the beat working through a signal or internet outage.

Dues reminders on WhatsApp

Live demo

A dues reminder or invoice pre-fills on WhatsApp with one tap in our demos; the product doesn't send it automatically — a person still presses send.

Straight answers

Beverage distributors ask

Does it track empty crates against what was delivered?

Planned: a crate or bottle deposit tracked as its own small liability, recovered on an unbroken return. Not yet built.

Can it find where a chiller actually is?

Planned: extending the fixed-asset register so a chiller's location is the retailer's own shop, not the distributor's address. Not yet built.

Does the van reconcile itself at day's end?

Yes, today: opening, loaded, sold, returns and closing stock reconcile as one settlement. Route and recovery sheets by area are shown in our traders demo.

Can a restaurant or shop buy on credit?

Yes. A retailer's khata tracks the open balance, receipts and ageing, the same engine as any customer account.

Does it rotate cold-chain stock by expiry?

Shown in our pharmacy, traders and retail demos: the earliest-expiring batch is picked automatically. Batch and expiry tracking is still coming soon in the product itself.
