Through the day
A rep books an order with a bonus
A medical rep visits a pharmacy or small hospital, books an order, and a manufacturer's bonus quantity is worked out on the line.
Coming soon Trade & Distribution
A rep books an order with a bonus quantity, the warehouse picks the batch that expires first, and an expired batch never leaves the depot. Recovery follows each rep's own dues, matched against the manufacturer's claim sheet.
A working day
Through the day
A medical rep visits a pharmacy or small hospital, books an order, and a manufacturer's bonus quantity is worked out on the line.
Through the day
The batch-picker dispatches FEFO, earliest-expiring batch first, and an expired batch is blocked from leaving the depot.
At delivery
An invoice is raised, and the pharmacy pays part in cash while the rest goes onto its account.
Weekly
The recovery officer works each rep's dues separately, since one rep's book of accounts ages differently from another's.
Monthly
Bonus and scheme cost booked through the month is matched against the manufacturer's own claim sheet.
Monthly
A batch nearing its expiry date is pulled and processed as a return to the manufacturer, not left to expire on the shelf.
What goes wrong today
A batch past its expiry date reaches a pharmacy because picking wasn't enforced by rule.
Bonus stock goes out on the rep's word, then gets argued over when the manufacturer's claim sheet arrives.
One rep's book of outstanding pharmacy accounts is hard to tell from another's without going through paper.
A batch is only noticed close to its expiry date, after the return window to the manufacturer has narrowed.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Our pharmacy, traders and retail demos pick the earliest-expiring batch automatically and block expired stock; the product has no batch/expiry engine yet, so blocking dispatch, not just sale, is the build target here.
A bonus such as 10+1 applies on the order line at booking, and the claim for a manufacturer-funded bonus is tracked until it is paid, as our distribution demo shows.
A pharmacy or hospital can buy on account; the accounts track the open invoice, receipts and ageing behind every balance.
Route and recovery sheets by rep are shown in our traders demo; a real core view already reconciles what's loaded, sold, returned and collected.
The product keeps stock by warehouse and location; a bigger distributor's several depots are the same idea, with branch-wide reports shown in the demos.
Bills from the manufacturer are tracked as open items until paid, the same engine as any vendor bill.
Planned for Phase B: an offline Android app for reps and drivers; today a rep works from a mobile web screen that needs a connection.

That's the design goal: block it outright at picking, not just at sale. The batch/expiry engine behind this isn't in the product yet; today it's shown in our pharmacy, traders and retail demos.
Our distribution demo shows it: the bonus applies on the order line at booking, and the claim for a manufacturer-funded bonus is tracked until it is paid. A pharma distribution demo of its own is not built yet.
Yes. Its account tracks the open balance, receipts and ageing, the same engine as any customer account.
That's the design: a rep-wise ageing list, matched to what the manufacturer's claim sheet expects. It reuses the same route and recovery model as our FMCG distribution profile.
Today a rep uses a mobile web screen that needs a connection. An offline Android app for reps and drivers is planned for Phase B.
Twenty minutes on a call. We show your day on the screen, with your words and your stock.
