Export software that tracks every shipment to its bill of lading

An export trading company packs a buyer's sales contract into containers, tracks the export-documentation checklist to completion, and raises the foreign-currency invoice the moment the bill of lading is issued.

A working day

A day in an exporter

The contract

A buyer's sales contract

The export manager agrees a sales contract with a foreign buyer for a quantity of rice, textiles or surgical goods, priced in the buyer's currency.

Production or procurement

Sourcing to the contract

The goods are procured from a local miller or manufacturer against the contract quantity.

Packing

Packed into containers

The packing and warehouse team packs the order into containers for shipment.

Documentation

The document checklist

The documentation officer works through the packing list, certificate of origin and, for food exports, the phytosanitary certificate.

Shipping

Cleared and shipped

The shipment clears export customs procedures, through a separate clearing and forwarding business, and is loaded for shipment.

Invoicing

Invoiced the moment the bill of lading is issued

The foreign-currency invoice is raised in the buyer's currency the moment the bill of lading is issued, and payment follows by letter of credit, documentary collection or advance.

What goes wrong today

The problems it takes away

A missing certificate found only once the container is already held

One certificate, a packing list, a certificate of origin, a phytosanitary certificate, missed until customs already has the shipment.

A payment that lands with no clear link to its shipment

An LC or documentary-collection payment arrives and it takes work to match it to the right container.

Container status chased by phone

Where a shipment actually is, known only by calling the forwarder.

No one place tracking export-proceeds realization

The State Bank's requirement to bring export proceeds home, tracked nowhere in particular, shipment by shipment.

What it does

Everything an exporter runs on

Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.

Every certificate tracked, not just filed away

Coming soon

A document checklist per shipment — packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, bill of lading — will track to completion before clearance.

Container status on one screen

Coming soon

Container booking and status will track end to end on one screen, instead of chased by phone.

A foreign payment matched to its shipment

Coming soon

An LC or documentary-collection payment will match to the shipment it settles, in the buyer's currency and in PKR.

Export-proceeds realization tracked shipment by shipment

Coming soon

A register will track the State Bank's export-proceeds-realization requirement against each shipment.

Packed goods, counted the way they ship

Live demo

Our demos sell in nested packs with one price per level. Export cartons and container quantities will work the same way; the product today handles one pack level per sale line.

Straight answers

Exporters ask

Does it track the export-documentation checklist?

Not yet. A document checklist per shipment — packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, bill of lading — will track to completion before a container can clear.

Can I see where a container actually is?

Not yet. Container booking and status will track end to end on one screen, instead of a phone call to the forwarder.

Does a foreign payment match automatically to its shipment?

Not yet. An LC or documentary-collection payment will match automatically to the shipment it settles, in both the buyer's currency and PKR.

Does it help with the State Bank's export-proceeds rule?

Not yet. A register will track export-proceeds realization shipment by shipment. We haven't verified the current State Bank timeline in detail, so treat this as a build target, not a promise that you're meeting the rule.

Does this cover customs clearance itself?

No. Clearing a shipment through customs is a separate segment, the clearing and forwarding agent. This profile covers the exporter's own contract, packing, documentation and foreign receivable.
