A call comes in
A visit is booked
An install is quoted, or an AMC-scheduled visit is booked against a customer's unit.
Coming soon Construction, Property & Field Services
For an AC sales, service and installation firm: keep every unit's service history, warranty expiry and AMC renewal against the unit itself, not just the customer, and see AMC revenue against one-off job revenue at a glance.
A working day
A call comes in
An install is quoted, or an AMC-scheduled visit is booked against a customer's unit.
On dispatch
The owner sees today's jobs and this month's AMC visits due, and assigns a technician to each.
On site
The technician opens the customer's unit and sees every past service, its warranty expiry and its AMC status before starting work.
After the visit
Parts used and the work done are logged against that specific unit, not just the invoice.
Ahead of summer
The office reviews AMC renewals due this month and reminds the customer before the season starts.
What goes wrong today
Past services, warranty expiry and AMC status for one customer's AC live in different notebooks, not against the unit itself.
A unit still under manufacturer warranty gets billed for parts because nobody checked the warranty expiry first.
A customer's annual maintenance contract lapses quietly because nothing reminded the office before it did.
Recurring AMC income and one-off install or repair income show up as one number, not two.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Each AC unit sold or serviced will keep its own record of model, serial, install date, warranty expiry and every visit against it.
Every unit will carry its own serial number, so a sold or serviced AC is always the same tracked item, not a generic stock line.
An AMC contract will schedule against specific units, so a renewal reminder and a visit both know exactly which AC they cover.
A job against a unit still under warranty will flag automatically, so parts aren't billed by mistake.
A commercial client can be billed on account with the same ageing and open-item tracking as any khata.
Units and parts bought from a cooling distributor are recorded as vendor bills, the same engine as any other accounts payable.
An AMC renewal date or a finished invoice pre-fills a WhatsApp message to the customer; a person presses send.

Technician
opens a customer's unit history, logs parts used and the service done, without editing pricing or AMC terms.

invoices jobs, chases 30-day commercial clients, and renews AMCs.
