Each morning
Guards report to site
Every guard reports to their assigned site and shift; the site supervisor checks attendance against the roster.
Coming soon Construction, Property & Field Services
For a security company deploying guards to client sites: one roster drives per-site billing and guard payroll, an absent guard shows as a replacement need instead of a silent gap, and licence and weapons renewals are never missed.
A working day
Each morning
Every guard reports to their assigned site and shift; the site supervisor checks attendance against the roster.
If a guard is absent
An absent guard triggers a visible replacement need, not a silent gap in coverage.
Through patrols
A site supervisor covering several sites checks attendance and equipment at each stop.
Month end
Headcount times the rate for each guard type and shift becomes this month's invoice, per client site.
Same data, same month
Guard payroll, with overtime for extra shifts, is run from the same attendance the billing used.
Ongoing
The company's own security licence and each armed guard's weapons licence are checked for renewals coming due.
What goes wrong today
Every client site's bill is rebuilt from a fresh headcount instead of the roster that's already there.
A gap in coverage isn't visible until the client complains, instead of triggering a replacement need on its own.
The same month's deployment is counted once for what the client is billed and again, separately, for what guards are paid.
The company's own security licence, or an armed guard's weapons licence, expires with no reminder before it does.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: a per-site roster, priced by guard type and shift, drives both the monthly client invoice and guard payroll from the same data, with no separate recount.
Planned: pulling per-guard, per-site attendance from a biometric machine, once the attendance module ships; we already sell the machines as hardware.
Planned: an absent guard with no replacement logged shows up as an open exception, not something the client discovers first.
Planned: uniform and equipment issued per guard, and a weapons licence for every armed guard, each tracked with its own renewal reminder.
Each site's monthly invoice ages on the same open-item engine as any invoice, so what's overdue is never guessed.
Uniforms, radios and other equipment bought from a supplier are recorded as vendor bills, the same engine as any other accounts payable.
The accounts already post each pay period as one real, balanced accounting entry; a full pay run with EOBI and PESSI contributions is a module still being built.
