A site survey is booked
A homeowner or small factory asks for a quote, and a site survey of roof space, shading and expected load is booked before any price is given.
Coming soon Construction, Property & Field Services
For an EPC firm selling and installing rooftop systems: one place to turn a site survey into a sized quote, bill a system in milestones, and keep every panel, inverter and battery's serial number tied to its warranty.
A working day
Enquiry
A homeowner or small factory asks for a quote, and a site survey of roof space, shading and expected load is booked before any price is given.
Quotation
The survey turns into a sized system, in kilowatts, with a quotation the customer can approve.
Installation
Each panel, inverter and battery's serial number is recorded against the project as it goes up on the roof.
Commissioning
Commissioning is marked done, and the net-metering application to the local distribution company starts its own tracked status.
Milestone billing
An advance on order, a balance on installation, and sometimes a small retention until commissioning, instead of one lump invoice.
Ongoing
A service visit opens straight onto that system's own installed equipment and warranty record.
What goes wrong today
A panel or inverter's serial is noted at installation and then effectively lost, so a warranty claim starts from scratch.
The distribution company's application sits with no one tracking its status until the customer asks why the system still isn't exporting.
A price is given before the roof space, shading and load are actually checked, and the mismatch shows up at installation.
An advance, a balance and a retention are tracked in someone's head instead of against the project.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: every panel, inverter and battery installed is tied to its own serial number and warranty, the same serial tracking planned for electronics and repairs.
Planned: a site survey's roof space, shading and load feed straight into a sized system and its quotation, instead of a separate paper survey.
Planned: a project bills in an advance on order, a balance on installation and, where agreed, a retention held until commissioning.
Planned: the distribution company's net-metering application is tracked as its own status, not left in an inbox.
Panel, inverter and battery purchases, often paid in advance against a proforma, post as vendor bills, the same accounts-payable engine as any other supplier.
A project's milestones, payments and what's still due run on the same engine as any khata: what's owed, and since when.
Planned: a service visit pulls up everything installed at that address, and its warranty status, in one screen.
Who uses it
Owner / sales engineer
runs the site survey and sizing, and tracks a project's milestone billing and net-metering status.
Installation crew lead
records the serial number of every panel, inverter and battery installed, without seeing pricing or margin.
AMC technician
services an installed system and logs performance or faults against its own history.
Accounts
raises milestone invoices and pays equipment suppliers, without survey or quoting rights.

Straight answers
Not yet. Serial numbers are planned as a stock feature across electronics, repairs and solar equipment alike; today there's no dedicated serial record.
Planned as its own tracked status against the project. Today that follow-up happens outside the product.
Planned. Milestone billing reuses the same shape as a contractor's running bill; it isn't built yet.
That's a separate segment, the solar, inverter and battery seller, for a shop selling equipment at a walk-in counter rather than surveying and installing a system.
Planned to be the same sales-document chain used elsewhere, with a survey and a sized system added ahead of the quote; not built yet.
Twenty minutes on a call. We show your day on the screen, with your words and your stock.
