Morning
The stall opens
Orders are taken and cooked to order.
Coming soon Local businesses by country
For a single licensed hawker stall inside a government-run hawker centre, tracking a fast cooked-food till alongside the NEA rent-tender cycle and every stacked licence's renewal date.
A working day
Morning
Orders are taken and cooked to order.
Through the day
Payment is collected by cash, SGQR, PayNow or card, tender by tender.
Closing
The till is reconciled and any unsold perishables are noted.
Monthly
The rent due date and the tenancy's remaining term are checked against the dashboard.
Ongoing
The Food Stall Licence and any Halal, liquor or tobacco licence's renewal date is watched ahead of expiry.
What goes wrong today
Cash has only ever been tracked by hand, so there's no real daily sales number to look at.
The NEA rent-tender renewal date sneaks up, since nothing today counts down to it.
A licence renewal — Food Stall, Halal, liquor or tobacco — is missed because no one is watching all of them at once.
A day's ingredient cost is never actually compared against that day's sales.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Shown in our fast-food demo: kiosk and counter ordering built for speed; a tile-style till for a single stall works the same way.
A till will separate cash from SGQR, PayNow and card takings automatically, for an easy end-of-day count.
The NEA tender cycle's rent-renewal date will track and count down on the dashboard, the same idea as a licence-expiry reminder elsewhere in the product.
Every licence a stall needs — Food Stall, Halal, liquor, tobacco — will track with its own renewal date.
An automatic reminder will fire ahead of a rent or licence renewal, instead of a click-to-chat message someone has to remember to send.
The tax engine is jurisdiction-neutral; whether GST registration applies at a stall's turnover is a rate you'd set yourself, not something calculated for you today.
Who uses it
Stallholder/cook
An order taken, cooked and paid for in seconds, not minutes.
Helper
To take orders and serve at peak hours without needing approval for every step.
Stallholder (accounts side)
Today's sales, the rent due date and every licence's renewal status in one place.

The screens for your trade sit on a full set of books. These parts come with it.
Double-entry books, statements, period close.

What you hold, where, and what it cost.
Tax on every line, by your country's rules.
One staff register, attendance, pay runs.
The numbers an owner asks for each morning.
On the counter
Bought together with the software: one delivery, one bill, set up to work.
The price

The first 50 shops in each country get free setup and data import with a yearly plan, and today's price locked for two years.
