Morning
A case opens
The front-desk typist opens a new case, collects the government fee and the service fee, and submits the application online.
Coming soon Local businesses by country
For a typing and government-services centre that files visa, Emirates ID, labour-card and licence cases, splits every case into a government fee and a service fee, and reminds you before a client's document expires.
A working day
Morning
The front-desk typist opens a new case, collects the government fee and the service fee, and submits the application online.
Through the day
A PRO carries physical cases to the counters an online path can't reach, and marks each one collected or cleared.
Afternoon
A rejected application is reworked and re-filed without losing its case history.
Evening
The manager checks the day's float: government fees collected against fees actually paid to each authority.
Ongoing
The dashboard lists every client whose visa, ID or licence expires in the next 30 days.
What goes wrong today
A government fee collected today has to be proven, weeks later, as actually paid to the right authority.
A client's visa or licence lapses because no one resurfaced it in time.
The government's own fee changes between the quote and the filing, and nobody catches it until the client complains.
A rejected application loses its history when it's reworked.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Planned: a job with its own document checklist, the same idea a workshop's repair ticket uses elsewhere in the product.
Planned: a government fee posted to a clearing account, not to income; only the service fee counts as revenue.
Planned: a client's visa, ID or licence expiry resurfacing automatically 30/15/7 days ahead, instead of relying on memory.
Planned: automated, templated WhatsApp and SMS sends for an expiring document, instead of a click-to-chat message someone has to remember to send.
A WhatsApp click-to-chat button pre-fills a case-status message; a person presses send.
The tax engine lets a service fee carry its own tax code, separate from the government-fee disbursement, without a country hard-coded.
Every record already carries a branch as a field; one combined view across a whole chain of centres is still being wired up.
Planned: one shared commission engine for a PRO's performance-linked pay, alongside similar pay for agents and salespeople elsewhere in the product.

Straight answers
Not yet. Planned: automatic WhatsApp/SMS sends; today a WhatsApp button pre-fills a message and a person presses send.
Planned: a government-fee clearing account that should net to zero, or to a known float, at reconciliation. It's a design today, not a shipped screen.
Planned: a UAE VAT connector. Today the tax engine is jurisdiction-neutral and rates are entered by hand.
Every record already carries a branch as a field; one combined view across a whole chain is still being finished.
No. It keeps your own case records and fee split; meeting a government authority's own filing rules stays your licensed business's responsibility.
Twenty minutes on a call. We show your day on the screen, with your words and your stock.
