Morning
Loads are weighed
The weighbridge clerk weighs each incoming load and the grader records a ripeness quality grade.
Coming soon Local businesses by country
For a weighbridge ramp that buys fresh fruit bunches from independent smallholders at a public, formula-linked price, and trucks the aggregated lot on to a crushing mill.
A working day
Morning
The weighbridge clerk weighs each incoming load and the grader records a ripeness quality grade.
Through the day
The price is calculated from the day's reference formula, less any quality deduction, and the smallholder is paid.
Once a truckload is ready
The dispatcher consolidates the day's fruit and sends it on to the mill.
On arrival
The mill's own weighbridge receipt is reconciled against what the ramp recorded.
Weekly
The owner reviews tonnage bought, the average price paid, and the margin against the mill's price.
What goes wrong today
A weight discrepancy between the ramp's own scale and the mill's is often only caught, if at all, at month-end.
The reference price formula moves weekly, and applying it consistently, load by load, is done by hand.
Fresh fruit bunches spoil fast, so a mill that won't buy today leaves the ramp holding produce it can't keep.
A smallholder's payment list is re-keyed from the weighbridge log rather than produced straight from it.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Our retail demo already weighs an item and prices it by the gram; a weighbridge that weighs a whole truckload the same way is the next step for this trade.
The accounts already track vendor bills as open items; the same engine can hold a smallholder's same-day or short-cycle payable.
Planned: applying an externally published, formula-linked reference price automatically, instead of a manual look-up for every load.
Planned: the mill's own weighbridge receipt checked automatically against the ramp's dispatched figure, flagging any discrepancy.
The tax engine lets you set a rate or exemption per company without a country's rule hard-coded.
A WhatsApp button pre-fills a daily tonnage-and-price summary for the owner; a person still presses send.
Planned: tracking an ISPO or RSPO certificate's status as a reference record, as a gate on which mills will buy, rather than a paper file.

Straight answers
Planned: applying an externally published, formula-linked price automatically. Today this would need to be entered as a rate.
Planned: reconciling the mill's own weighbridge receipt against our dispatched figure, flagging any gap.
Planned: a payment list generated from the day's weighed and graded intake, without re-keying.
Planned: tracking a certificate's status as a reference record. Keeping the record doesn't grant ISPO or RSPO status on its own; that stays your own certifying body's process.
The tax engine lets you set a rate or exemption per company; a specific Indonesian rule would need to be entered by hand, not something calculated for you today.
