Morning
Formula selected
The formulator picks a specific formula version and schedules today's batch size.
Coming soon Manufacturing & Process
Pick a formula version, scale it to a batch size, log a shade or stability sample, and sell the same stock at the counter or to a distributor.
A working day
Morning
The formulator picks a specific formula version and schedules today's batch size.
Midday
Raw chemicals, pigment and fragrance are issued and blended against the formula.
Afternoon
QC logs a shade, viscosity or stability sample before the batch can be released.
Late afternoon
Batches that clear QC are filled and packed, and finished stock carries expiry where the product needs it.
Evening
The same finished stock sells over the counter or on a distributor's khata account.
What goes wrong today
Without a sample attached to the batch, a colour or scent complaint is hard to trace back to what actually made it.
Updating a recipe in place makes it hard to say which formula version a given batch actually used.
Products with a shelf life need a warning before they go stale on the shelf, not after.
A counter sale and a B2B invoice should draw on the same stock and books, not two different records.
What it does
Parts marked Coming soon are on the way; founding shops get them first, at no extra charge.
Our pharmacy, traders and retail demos pick the earliest-expiring batch automatically and block expired stock. Batch and expiry tracking is still coming soon in the product itself.
Every counter sale already prints a real receipt from the same accounting record used for a distributor invoice.
Distributors can buy against a running khata account; the product tracks open invoices, receipts and ageing behind the balance.
A raw chemical, pigment or packaging purchase order flows through to goods receipt and then a supplier bill.
Planned: a formula is versioned, never overwritten; old stock stays sellable under its original version until it runs out.
Planned: a physical sample record, shade, viscosity or stability, attached to the batch before it can sell.
Every receipt in our demos carries an FBR-style invoice number and QR code. The live FBR connection is coming soon.

Straight answers
Planned: formulas are versioned, never overwritten.
Planned: a sample record attached to the batch before it can sell.
Yes: a counter sale and a distributor invoice both draw on the same product and accounting records, so there is no separate system to reconcile.
We have not confirmed this. The same regulator's umbrella covers cosmetics too, but the compliance weight and process are different from a licensed drug, and we have not verified the details yet.
Shown in our pharmacy, traders and retail demos: the earliest-expiring batch is picked automatically and expired stock is blocked. Batch and expiry tracking is still coming soon in the product itself.
